Two gallons of tea. Grandma always assumes that the tea is sweet. (And Milo’s)

This is how Californians drive when there was a slight drizzle the night before.

As a northerner, no. Driving on snow is all about momentum. No way you’re making up that hill without it.

Just push grandma out of the car. She’ll figure it out.

I mean do you really want to find out how pissed off grandma will be if you spill gravy on her dress? Also if there’s no sweet tea then what’s the point?

Something very few people consider about the south is that snow and ice are so infrequent, the D.O.T people keep very little salt on hand at all. So, if there is a snowstorm, maybe one bridge in the county gets salt, everything else you just have to be very careful. Can you imagine 50 miles of interstate iced over with no salt? Couple that with people that don’t regularly travel to colder areas so they have no experience, and it can get pretty crazy lol.

Well this explains why when a snow storm hits both Canada and US at the same time, the contrast in news is apparent. Couple of fender benders in Canada and then across the border there’s fires along the freeways and a couple of dozen deaths.
