1 boiled egg• 1 cup cheese• 5 crackers
Having dinner
2 hot dogs (without bread)• 1/2 cup carrots• 1 cup broccoli• 1/2 banana• 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
1 slice of cheddar cheese• 5 crackers• 1 small apple
1 slice of toast• 1 hardboiled egg or (Optional)
Having dinner
1 cup of tuna• 1/2 banana• 1 cup vanilla ice cream
The most important thing during this diet is that you should definitely do exercises as much as you can.
People who are less active should not do harsh exercises; they can simply walk or do some easy stretches. Moreover, the most active people could do activities like swimming, jumping a rope, running and so on, which are essential for losing weight.Check with your doctor before starting with this.
