Please, stop the "sansa wants to be warden of the north" nonsense.
If she did want it – she would have it.
She chose to support Jon. Jon wanted her to be the Stark in Winterfell…

I think Jon will not be okay with it when he finds out but when he knows the tradition of their blood, he might be more torn at first yet the points of not wanting his child to be a bastard and that they may need to make more of a political union anyways will likely win him over more so than his feelings prior to knowing she is his aunt by blood.

Both murder and incest are wrong, not one any less acceptable than the other. T.V. show or not, it's gross. I don't hold it against them because they do not have any idea they are related. Simple as that.

I would agree with the narrator here that I don't actually think the news about Jon's lineage will generate problems between Jon and Daenerys, unless Dany feels her claim to the throne is threatened. However, I believe Jon is not like that. He's a Northerner and his home is the North, he just wants to defend and protect it. He is probably the one player in the Game who doesn't actually yearn for the throne. What will be the ramifications of the news on EVERYBODY? The other Stark siblings, Dany, Tyrion and the Northern Lords. Even the Golden Company who Cersei hired to shore up her defences [in the books, there is an incident where they break their contract for the first time EVER because of news about an Aegon Targaryen in the North who they fight for]. Will they even have time to react before the Dead come a-knocking?! I'd like to see them reign together, but that seems too neat for Westeros. The one I might be a bit worried about is Sansa: how does she react? Unhappily and she could be a ready-made rival power base to Jon/Dany in the North! 😮 But for his part, I think it will draw Jon closer to Daenerys and mean he will never betray her even more.

I'm curious how Sam will react when he meets Dany, but then learns she killed his father and brother. Will that play into Jon and Dany's conflict or possibly conflict between Jon and Sam depending on how strong their love is.

Dany and Jon are not the song of ice and fire. JON is the story of ice and fire. Rhaegar is the fire and Lyanna is the ice.

Many European Monarchs were related due to political marriages sometimes resulting in first cousins being married. In ancient Japan, China, etc. there were many incestuous marriages, even brothers and sisters. Game of Thrones occurs in a fictional place, where there are dragons, probably around 200ac. It is fantasy world. No one should be upset about J and D., though it may be problem with Jon. I hope not, because these two have incredible chemistry and at least the women hope they will stay together. I think D. will die, but I hope not.

This is the only ship on this show that I actively dislike, even more so than Cersei and Jaime, and I really don't understand why so many people are all over it like flies on crap. I did not see any build up between them, any chemistry, nothing. Like, all of their interactions was political posturing from Daenerys and her trying to dominate and intimidate Jon into allying with her. They never had a single conversation that wasn't either about him declaring his loyalty for the Targaryens or about the building threat in the North. They had the scene with Drogon where she was clearly trying to scare the shit out of him and the one on the boat after she saved everyone from the Walkers, that's it. And I'm supposed to believe they have this great love for each other? And finally, I don't like the way Jon's Targaryen heritage plays into this ship. People who ship this either want Daenerys to magically get pregnant despite the fact that in all her time with Daario she never did. Is Jon' sperm supposed to be special? Or they want Daenerys and Jon to marry and rule together ignoring the fact that Jon being male and the son of Rhaegar would make him the true ruler in Westeros's eyes and reduce Dany to the role of queen consort and also ignoring that Jon doesn't WANT to rule anything. He doesn't want to be king of the North, why would he want to be king of the seven kingdoms? He wants to be left in whatever peace he can scavenge up if they survive the long night.

Jon will be devastated. I still think there had to be a better way than Ned saying Jon was his bastard son. What a terrible way for a child to live. I could not stand Katherine. Children don't ask to be here and her hatred of him was deplorable.

I think Jon will understand Ned's dilemma. ,  Jon is the only Stark who knows first hand what a "Stoneheart" Catelyn Tully really is.  He will know why Ned could never tell someone like her such a great secret, all things considered.

I hate to say it, but I think Jon is gonna die, so Dany won't have all these choices or decisions to ponder. I believe the 7 pointed star theory. 7 will survive. Each representing a point on the star. Arya = the stranger Bran, = the crone, etc.

I say Jon and Dany have a baby, get married, kill Cersei, and rule the Seven Kingdoms happily ever after. Sansa, the Northerners, and all else will respect their marriage and rule. This will take place after defeating the Night King and his army. 😁 Wouldn't that be grand?

HBO says that they will film several different ending versions so no one knows what the real ending will be because of spoilers. Even the actors won't know so all those leaks are fake!!!

I think this story had plenty of twists. I dont think it needs more. Stage is set for a straightforward conclusion with lots of heroics and valour and romance on an epic scale. Even "bending the knee" has a more romantic meaning between those two. For johns "my queen" gesture I even expect a "my king" moment from Dany before it all ends. How poetic would that be…

I think Ned Stark didn't tell Catelyn that Jon Snow is his nephew bc he doesn't lie. He would never tell a lie to protect anyone, not even himself. Therefore I believe Ned is Jon Snows father and that its Jon Snows mother we will learn about in season 8. I think we will also find out who was really born in the Tower of Joy.

Dany and Jon didnt accedentaly come to get to know eachother. They earnd themselves respect from the other and thats why i think either wouldnt ever thinkning of betraying one another. Especially Jon going against Daenerys is a 100% speculated bs as he is one the most honorable characters still linving. Of course he would not be mad of Ned Stark, because he understands how complicated everything is based on all that he have seen and experienced. Same with Sansa, why would she go against her family after littlefinger? And expecting Daenerys to be fullfilled with jealousy and envy without reason just becasue of Jon's relationship with hes family; ist the same as pissing on your friends shoes and expecting them to say thanks Xdddd

Bottom line: whatever complication the truth about Jon's heritage will cause, this will be resolved in episode 1, episode 2 at most since the night's king is going south and that will help focus everyone to work together. The show has hinted at Daenerys and Jon having a baby and therefore, whatever crisis they will face, their relationship eventually will be cemented so one has to take into proportions the red herrings the show likes to throw at us (like the Arya Sansa false conflict at winterfell).

You sound pretty creepy in the 1st couple mins defending incest… Also its a bit of a BS comparison to murders. There's normally good reason to murder these people, not pure self satisfaction.

What good reason is there for incest?

Jon could rule the north and Dany rule the south, then meet in the middle to keep their romance and secret that they are related. Everyone knows the name Snow and respects it in the north, he built that name.
