Let me know what all your Tyrion Game Of Thrones Season 7 predictions are! Here's one of the most important characters this season because they're fighting jaime and cersei. But he's always been one of the best characters. Posting new Marvel/DC next 🙂

Daenerys turned from absolute winner to underdog. All for taking drunken and guilt consumed Tyrion as her hand of the queen. This episode gave us clarity about his real motives and that he's first and foremost a Lannister. I will refer only to his last advise, IMO he fail Daenerys ever since he became the hand of the queen (in Mereene and then after at Casterly Rock) but in this episode we understand what were his motives, it's not only the guilt he feels for killing his own father (when he could just escaped) that made him way too soft, it's actually personal interest. He was hoping to make peace with his brother Jaime. Actually, it was his own insane and completely disastrous idea to save his evil treacherous sister and immoral brother by risking the life of Daenerys only left ally , Jon, and sending him beyond the wall to bring evidence for Cersei so she , yes-she, with her 10 remaining soldiers, will agree to have truce while Daenerys could destroy her with a whoof. At their talk on this episode he told Cersei how he's sorry and how much he loved her children, he also told her that Daenerys could destroy her easily but he prevented her from doing so. He groveled in front of her and made his queen doing the same. Cersei, hateful women, always deeply hated Tyrion, blaming him for ruining the family and killing its last defender, Tywin, causing to the death of Tomen and Miracella. Tyrion now want to position himself as the defender of the family and if Cersei will have a child and he will secure his place, he compensate then for everything he done and perhaps will be accepted back to the family. For that, he put Daenerys in a weakness position in front of Cersei, making her to humiliate herself and beg for truce for absolutely nothing. Now, thanks to Tyrion, the NK destroyed the wall (if not for Tyrion, the NK wouldn't have dragon) and the mercenary army of the Golden Company is on its way to attack the them from the other direction. I hate Tyrion, he messed up everything for his own personal interests and in futile attempt to amended his inherently and helplessly sick family relations (perhaps he was hoping that appeasing Cersei will give him peace with that he killed his father, it doesn't matter, for that he ruined everyone, selfish idiot). It could actually ended even worse (not that now the situation seem that good) had Jon died (he was very close, if not Benjen, and it's not Tyrion who sent Benjen) and the NK wouldn't miss Drogon when Daenerys and all the rest were on him (he missed by 1 meter or so). It's also clear that dead Viseryion is stronger than both left living dargons. It's also possible that Tyrion was the one to leak Euron about the sea travel of Greyjoy and Martel forces, intentionally sabotaging his own plan to put siege on Kingslanding for the sake of his evil sister. His plan was only way to prevent Daenerys for taking immediate attack on Kingslanding.

It's true. Tyrion and Varys both don't have as great dialogue this season.

Tyrion is a Targaryen. No, really.

Aerys Targaryen was infatuated with Joanna Lannister too, Tywin's wife, and is rumored to have slept with her. Here is a quote from the books:

"Prince Aerys . . . as a youth, he was taken with a certain lady of Casterly Rock, a cousin of Tywin Lannister. When she and Tywin wed, your father drank too much wine at the wedding feast and was heard to say that it was a great pity that the lord’s right to the first night had been abolished."

Also consider Tyrion's dwarfism, which seems to mirror another Targaryen trait – many Targaryen mothers gave birth to monstrosities similar to the stillborn child Daenerys had at the end of the first book, scaly half-man-half-dragon creatures. Some even possessed wings. Tyrion is not nearly this ugly but could be a step in that direction considering the Lannisters are normally so beautiful.

He was obsessed with dragons as a child…. in season 6 he went near Dany's dragons and they didn't kill him (considering they didn't know who he was!?)

Tywin never treated him as his son – we think because he is a dwarf. But what if that isn't the true reason? Maybe Tywin knew something that no one else did…. that Tyrion was not his son?

I have a feeling that the seemingly preposterous wedding between Tyrion and Sansa in season 3 will be reaffirmed, taking on a new form (season 8 perhaps) and endure to the end of the series. In a new set of circumstances, Sansa becoming more mature and Tyrion becoming more noble, the two would make a more ideal match. Sansa, learning that the men who pursue her are truly awful (Ramsey, Little Finger, and Robin perhaps) would now see Tyrion for how genuinely kind he is, regardless of the Lannister name. Tyrion, becoming stronger and more esteemed, having diverged from his family, would realize he deserves to strive for something better than a fantastical relationship with prostitute (a repeating poor life choice in Tyrion's case). He would see Sansa as a truly worthy lover and set his mind to earning her love for the man that he is and not the Lannister name that he carries. Ultimately, a lasting marriage between the two would affect a lasting peace between the two houses and the seven kingdoms.

Do you think that Dany's vision from the Qarth where she was at the wall would 'ring a bell' or do you think she likely won't remember that or connect the dots? From what I recall, she was right outside the wall and a gate leading to, I'm guessing, Castle Black. But it was just a vision.

I do think Tyrion will be one of the only survivors mostly because he is the only character that seems to have a lot of knowledge about every player, a lot of book history as well as stories along with almost every place such as the Wall, North, South (Westoros) and Mereen. He will be the one to pass the knowledge on.

Tyrion, Ayria, Jon Snow and Dany will be alive at series end. I think Tyrion will get to ride a dragon at least once. He told the story about wanting a dragon on his name day and he will get his wish.

If Jon and Daenerys get married, and Daenerys sits on the iron throne, what's Jon going to be? Or do you think that she may give up the throne in his favor?

I feel like of the main three characters (tyrion, daenarys, and jon) one or two of them will die. they will save the world….. ish. but all three of them won't make it. and at the end of the day I feel like none if them will sit on the throne. I feel like if Jon or Tyrion had the chance at the end of the day they wouldn't want it
