I’m curious, are the fans quiet at the Emirates or has the Stadium just got rubbish accoustics?

All of the “big” English clubs have a shit home atmosphere for most games.

I was at the game and was in the West Upper near the Arsenal fans, and I didn’t hear that being sung at all? The main song they were singing was, “You’ve bought it all” in response to the Chelsea chants of, “We’ve won it all”.

Maybe now clubs will pay attention to the atmosphere in their own stadiums.

I was in the Matthew Harding end (The goal Chelsea attacks in the 2nd half).

It was fine. Not as loud as it could be, but had its peaks for sure.

How is nobody getting that they weren’t singing this because it was quiet, but because you could only here Arsenal fans.

“Is this the Emirates” because I can mainly hear Arsenal fans. Not because it’s quiet.

I honestly hate when stuff like this is tweeted like why not record some audio of it instead of tweeting about it?

Say what you will about the Emirates fanbase, but our away fans have always been loud and never stop singing even during the 8-2 at Old Trafford

You know what though, as a Canadian fan, as much as I get stick for being foreign from the English fans, they do demonstrate a level of humility and self-deprecating humour that I identify with and full-heartedly appreciate.

They did the same when they came to the Hawthorns on New Years Eve.

Not as much singing in the corporate golf-club level.

It’s not the Emirates since you can hear Arsenal fans cheering.

Self-depreciating? Aren’t they just inferring that they’re making more noise than Chelsea fans, as if it were an away game for Chelsea?
